Overview:

Our Retail Stylists are the heart of the boutique experience. You’ll bring our brand to life through personalized service, genuine connection, and an eye for style. From helping guests find the perfect outfit to keeping our displays fresh and inspiring, you’ll ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, upbeat attitude
• Style customers based on their preferences, occasions, and trends
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor displays
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Restock, organize, and keep the sales floor and fitting rooms neat
• Stay up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and styling trends
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, fun work environment

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with customers
• Strong sense of personal style and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Available to work flexible hours
